Oluniyi (Niyi) Robbin-Coker is a Sierra Leonean professional who has over 35 years of work and business experience internationally and in Sierra Leone. He has been an effective participant in the private and public sector as well International Financial Institutions. He transitioned from a career at Citibank, New York to join the International Finance Corporation and moved to Sierra Leone becoming the founding Executive Director of the Sierra Leone Business Forum. He went on to serve as Presidential Advisor on Private Sector in which capacity he led the country’s effort in policy reforms to improve the business climate, facilitated large scale FDI inflows and pioneered the Public Private Partnership function and Local Content Policy. He went on to serve as Minister of Energy & Water and Chairman of the Board of Sierra Leone Investment and Export Promotion Agency, driving more reforms and securing more FDI into the country. He has since been a private sector participant, continuing to work with inward investors and seeding entrepreneurial ventures in Energy and Climate Change. He also served as Chairman of the Board of First Bank of Nigeria (SL) Ltd. He was elected First Vice President for the SLCCIA in April 2024, having previously served on the Chambers Council. He was elected as President of the SLCCIA on March 26, 2026 having assumed responsibility as acting President from January 2025 till his election.

Dr. Modupe Taylor-Pearce

Dr. Modupe Taylor – Pearce is a scholar and practitioner of organizational development and leadership and a leadership Coach and Facilitator. Over the past three decades, he has successfully coached and trained leaders in Africa, North America and Europe. His passion for leadership enhancement was born out of his experiences as a cadet in the U.S. Military Academy (West Point) and as a military officer serving in combat in the Sierra Leone Civil War where he was shot twice. As the only Sierra Leonean with a PhD in Leadership, Modupe was the founding Dean of the African Leadership University School of Business, an institution providing a Pan-African MBA degree to Africa’s mid-career professionals. He is the Founder and CEO of BCA Leadership, an organization that has impacted over 2000 African leaders with coaching and knowledge-sharing services. He leads a team of thirty-two Coaches across Africa and he is the curator of The Made in Africa Leadership Conference. A TEDx speaker, Modupe has authored two books on leadership (“Striking Sustainable Success” and “Tough Love”) and a journal article in the International Journal of Leadership in Education. He is an alumnus of Capella University, Cornell University and the United States Military Academy.

Ms. Ajara Marie Bomah

Ajara Marie Bomah is a seasoned professional with over 18 years of experience in business development, media communications, and diaspora engagement. She is the Founder of Women Mean Business (WMB), a strategic communications agency that empowers African entrepreneurs to develop their brands and businesses. Her leadership at WMB has created a vehicle for collaboration, mentoring, and networking, providing safe spaces for women entrepreneurs to realize their dreams. She is also a volunteer ED of Sierra Leone Youth Advocate Program (SLYAP), an initiative dedicated to empowering young leaders and fostering civic participation among Sierra Leonean youth. SLYAP aims to create a platform for advocacy, life skills development, and governance processes, equipping young people with the tools they need to be effective advocates for change. She has held various leadership roles, including Deputy Western Region Secretary for the APC party, the Vice President of the West Africa Chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority Inc. and the President of Power Women 232, a network of female professionals working to empower themselves in order to create impact in their communities. Her work has been instrumental in promoting youth and gender advocacy, through collaboration with government entities, private sector companies, and NGOs in the U.S. and Africa.
Mr. Ibrahim Cole

Ibrahim Cole is a distinguished Sierra Leonean business executive with extensive experience in mining, oil, and infrastructure. As the Managing Director of Leonoil, he has been a driving force behind the company’s successful acquisition of Sierra Rutile Limited in 2024, the world’s largest producer of natural rutile. Under his leadership, the acquisition marked the first time in over 50 years that the company came under Sierra Leonean ownership. Following the acquisition, Cole now serves on the boards of both Sierra Rutile Holdings (SRX) and Sierra Rutile Limited (SRL), where he focuses on promoting sustainable mining practices and fostering local economic development. Cole holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, an MBA, and has completed the Program for Leadership Development at Harvard University. His career spans a diverse range of sectors, including banking, international development, and infrastructure. Prior to his current role, Cole held positions at Bank of America and the Sierra Leone Roads Authority. His leadership continues to play a pivotal role in shaping the resource sector in Sierra Leone, particularly in mining and energy.
