Mr Oluniyi Robin Coker, DVYN Strategies
Acting President
Oluniyi (Niyi) Robbin-Coker is a Sierra Leonean professional who has over 35 years of work and business experience internationally and in Sierra Leone. He has been an effective participant in the private and public sector as well International Financial Institutions. He transitioned from a career at Citibank, New York to join the International Finance Corporation and moved to Sierra Leone becoming the founding Executive Director of the Sierra Leone Business Forum. He went on to serve as Presidential Advisor on Private Sector in which capacity he led the country’s effort in policy reforms to improve the business climate, facilitated large scale FDI inflows and pioneered the Public Private Partnership function and Local Content Policy. He went on to serve as Minister of Energy & Water and Chairman of the Board of Sierra Leone Investment and Export Promotion Agency, driving more reforms and securing more FDI into the country. He has since been a private sector participant, continuing to work with inward investors and seeding entrepreneurial ventures in Energy and Climate Change. He also served as Chairman of the Board of First Bank of Nigeria (SL) Ltd. He was elected First Vice President for the SLCCIA in April 2024, having previously served on the Chamber’s Council.
Edleen Elba, JobSearch(SL) Limited

Edleen Elba is a highly qualified business leader, Chartered Global Management Accountant, and People Management Practitioner with extensive senior experience in both the private and public sectors. She is the Founder and Managing Director of Elba Group, which includes the 17-year-old human resources firm JobSearch (SL) Ltd and the Elba Foundation, dedicated to nurturing leaders. Her career began at KPMG in 2003, where she implemented financial software before creating and managing the firm's HR and Risk Management departments. She later held senior HR roles at Guaranty Trust Bank and the National Power Authority, where she managed the human resources and communication aspects of the energy sector's unbundling. Elba is also a Founding Director of the Institute of Human Resources Sierra Leone, chairs committees for the MEPS Trust Well Woman Clinic and the TVET Coalition, and is a board member for the Healey International Relief Foundation, reflecting her deep commitment to learning and women's empowerment.
Dr. Modupe Taylor-Pearce, CTI (SL) Limited

Dr. Modupe Taylor – Pearce is a scholar and practitioner of organizational development and leadership and a leadership Coach and Facilitator. Over the past three decades, he has successfully coached and trained leaders in Africa, North America and Europe. His passion for leadership enhancement was born out of his experiences as a cadet in the U.S. Military Academy (West Point) and as a military officer serving in combat in the Sierra Leone Civil War where he was shot twice. As the only Sierra Leonean with a PhD in Leadership, Modupe was the founding Dean of the African Leadership University School of Business, an institution providing a Pan-African MBA degree to Africa’s mid-career professionals. He is the Founder and CEO of BCA Leadership, an organization that has impacted over 2000 African leaders with coaching and knowledge-sharing services. He leads a team of thirty-two Coaches across Africa and he is the curator of The Made in Africa Leadership Conference. A TEDx speaker, Modupe has authored two books on leadership (“Striking Sustainable Success” and “Tough Love”) and a journal article in the International Journal of Leadership in Education. He is an alumnus of Capella University, Cornell University and the United States Military Academy.
