Mr Christopher John Forster, Picton Services
President
Mr. Forster is a civil engineer with more than 12 years of experience in the oil industry, consulting and engineering experience in Europe and West Africa, and more than 13 years of experience in international procurement serving mining companies and manufacturing entities in West Africa.
Among his appointments are as follows: Local Preacher of the West African Methodist Church; Trustee of Jordan WAM Church, Murray Town; National Chairman of Scripture Union Sierra Leone; President of the Sierra Leone Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture; Vice Chair of the Business Coalition against Aids Sierra Leone; Board Member of Electricity Generation and Transmission Company (EGTC); Board member of Ecobank Sierra Leone Limited; former Chair of the Country Coordinating Mechanism of The Global Fund against Aids, Tuberculosis and Malaria; and Board Member of the National Power Authority. Mr. Forster is an active member of the Rotary Club of Freetown where he has served as President and also held district level positions including Assistant Governor for Sierra Leone & Liberia.

Amy E. Greene is Joint Owner/Managing Partner of FORSEES CONSULTANTS LTD, a business specializing in Corporate Administration, Business and Management Consultancy, HR Management, Training and Recruitment amongst others to various organisations in industry and public corporations. A qualified professional corporate administrator and Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA), with more than 30 years’ work experience. Amy also holds a Post Graduate in Small Business Management from the University of Hertfordshire, UK and an Executive MBA in Business Policy and Marketing from the Institute of Public Administration and Management (IPAM), University of Sierra Leone. She is also an IFC trained Corporate Governance Trainer and holds several other certificates and diplomas.
Has been an active member of the Chamber for several years and was elected 2nd Vice President in 2016.
Mr Ronald Kweku Hingston, MD-NIC

Ronald Kweku Hingston is the Ag. Managing Director of National Insurance Company Ltd and Treasurer of the Sierra Leone Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture (SLCCIA)
He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sierra Leone (ACSL), a Qualified Associate of Chartered Management Accountants (ACMA) and Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, London (CIMA).
Ronald holds a Diploma in Insurance from Chartered Insurance Institute, London, a Bachelor of Science with Honours degree in Economics and Social Studies from Fourah Bay College, University of Sierra Leone and a Master of Business Administration from Roehampton University in the United Kingdom.
Mr. Hingston has attended a number of Insurance Seminars and Conference on Management and Corporate Governance in Africa and Europe. He is also a visiting Lecturer at the West Africa Insurance Insitute (WAII) in Banjul, The Gambia.
