Mr. Forster is a civil engineer with more than 12 years of experience in the oil industry, consulting and engineering experience in Europe and West Africa, and more than 13 years of experience in international procurement serving mining companies and manufacturing entities in West Africa.
Among his appointments are as follows: Local Preacher of the West African Methodist Church; Trustee of Jordan WAM Church, Murray Town; National Chairman of Scripture Union Sierra Leone; President of the Sierra Leone Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture; Vice Chair of the Business Coalition against Aids Sierra Leone; Board Member of Electricity Generation and Transmission Company (EGTC); Board member of Ecobank Sierra Leone Limited; former Chair of the Country Coordinating Mechanism of The Global Fund against Aids, Tuberculosis and Malaria; and Board Member of the National Power Authority. Mr. Keili is Executive Director of CEMMAT, a firm engaged in technical advisory services for the mining industry. He is a mining and management professional with over 25 years of experience in Sierra Leone, United States of America and Ukraine. Mr. Keili worked for Carpco Inc., a US-based metallurgical process design and project management company with operations in Ukraine. He also worked as a Technical Consultant to Pennwood Technology Inc., another American company, operating a titanium mine in partnership with the Ukrainian government.
In Sierra Leone, he was part of the management team at the National Power Authority as Head of Corporate Planning. Mr. Keili also worked in supervising capacities for the National Diamond Mining Company. Prior to founding CEMMATS Group, Mr. Keili worked for Sierra Rutile Limited in several capacities including Chief Metallurgist, Chief Mine Planning Engineer and Operations Superintendent. Mr. Aboud is currently the Chairman of Capital Radio (Sierra Leone), CEO at Multichoice Sierra Leone, and CEO at Equinox Group. Prior to moving to Sierra Leone, Mr. Aboud was group administrator at Olayan Group in Saudi Arabia where he managed six thousand employees. He is a member of the Rotary Club of Freetown and Monuments and Relics Commission. He is the Vice Chairman of the National Museum.
Honours and awards received by Mr. Aboud include the following: Doctor of Civil Laws Honoris Causa, awarded by the Chancellor University of Sierra Leone 2007; Goodwill Ambassador CIVITAN USA; won nine awards of Philanthropist of the Year since 2000; West African Youth Network Award; Vice Chancellor Award, University of Sierra Leone 2012; and Sierra Leone Excellence Award for Children Affairs 2012.
